Based in Mumbai - India, the Trust make strategic investments that encourage and support citizen participation in addressing critical issues and effecting social change.
Our efforts are mainly focused to Help the poor patients to raise funds for treatment of Cancer, Heart disease, Kidney failures and/or requiring Kidney transplants, Mental defectiveness. and/or any other form of illness requiring medical assistance, Operation or rehabilitation including hospitalization, dispensaries, clinical help.
The Trust was established in the year 2001 by Mr. Laxmikant D. Thakker & Family, to contribute to the public's health and welfare and strengthen the communities in which we live. This trust is registered under Mumbai Public Trust Act, 1950.

(i) FOR MEDICAL RELIEF’S and treatment of persons suffering from Cancer, Heart
disease, Kidney failures and / or requiring Kidney transplants, Mental defectiveness, and / or any other form of illness requiring medical assistance or rehabilitation including dispensaries, clinics, sanatoriums help and assistance in cash or in kind for medical treatment and rehabilitation, including establishment, acquisition, maintenance, support and help of or to any institutions formed for any one or more of the above purposes.
The trust undertakes other charitable activities on case to case basis like...
(ii) For Education including establishment, acquisition, maintenance, support and help of
or to any educational institutions such as Colleges, Schools, Libraries, Reading rooms, Research institutions, Bal-mandirs, study rooms, Study circles, Vidyapiths, Universities, Museums Zoos, Pathshalas, Hostels, Vidyalayas, Educational institutions giving training in sports, wrestling, military training etc. and for giving help, assistance, scholarship loans ( subject to payment of interest ) grants, prizes, books and other article for educational purposes.
(iii) For Relief of the Poor including organizing relief for the distress, suffering and
hardships caused by famines, flood, cyclones, tempest, earthquake, fire riots, or any calamities and to establish, acquire, maintain support and help the institutions or funds established or stated for the above purposes.
(iv) To advance, encourage and promote any other charitable object or objects of
general public utility of India not involving in or carrying on any activity for profit The Trustees shall be entitled to utilize the said trust funds and the said net Income in India without any distinction of caste or creed in such proportion and in such terms and conditions as they may in their absolute discretion think fit for the aforesaid public charities, objects and purposes only.
(v) For Jivdaya i.e. animal feeding, relief of distress animal, birds and all human beings
and maintaining “ Panjra Pol “ or giving grants or any other types of assistance in cash or kind to “ Panjra Pol : i.e. feeding of animals.
(vi) To give Donations to other Charitable Trust or Trusts or Institution which are
similar to our Trust when our trust is unable to carry out such activities itself. By giving donation to such trust, the trust can carry on the activities to fulfill object directly or through giving donation to other trust of similar object on which this trust is established.
(vii) In short the object of the trust are object as defined in section 2 ( 15 ) of Income
Tax Act, 1961 ie.. Charitable purposes includes relief of the poor, education, medical relief and the advancement of any other object of general public utility.
We seek generous donations to fund our above projects and shall be gratefully obliged if you can make atleast small and regular contributions towards any of the our projects would be of great help. Your philanthropic gesture would benefit the disabled patients, victims of nature, war, disease and accidents.
